This Terms of Service sets out the rules for using the platform, available online and operated by the Ixavence team.
MevaSearch Rankera allows users to rate internet domains.
Using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Submitting reviews on MevaSearch Rankera is voluntary and free of charge.
MevaSearch Rankera is a site created by Ixavence, which is not a registered company but an independent online team that originated in Poland.
All data are processed privately and minimally — only to the extent necessary for the operation of the system and to ensure security.
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
The user bears full responsibility for content published on MevaSearch Rankera, including any reviews, comments and data entered into the system.

The source code, structure, files, scripts and other technical elements of Rankera (hereinafter: Rankera Code) are the exclusive property of Ixavence or its licensors. An exception are icons and the names of the reviewed sites, which belong to their respective owners.
Any modification, copying, decompilation, public distribution or reuse in other projects without the owner's written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized modifications, circumvention of protections or distribution of the Rankera Code may result in:
By using Rankera, the user agrees to post only truthful, honest and accurate reviews.
Any attempts to manipulate ratings, write false or spam reviews, impersonate other people or brands, or publish hostile, harmful or unlawful content will be treated as abuse.
Upon detection of abuse, the platform administrator has the right to:
Rankera does not collect personal data such as phone numbers, identity documents, or precise residential addresses. The user is identified solely by a random identifier and stored anonymized IPs on the server.
Collected IP addresses are encrypted and used only for protection against spam and attacks.
In case of violations, data may be temporarily recorded in log files or disclosed to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the law.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis — without any guarantee of continuous availability or correctness of operation.
The administrator has the right to store and disclose data to law enforcement authorities (e.g. police, prosecutor's office, CERT Polska) in the case of suspected crime, abuse or violation of the law.
Data are disclosed only to the extent required by applicable law.
The user may be informed about the disclosure of data, provided that the law allows such notification.
Ixavence reserves the right to update the Terms at any time.
The date of the latest update is always shown at the beginning of this document.
